How the Process Works
1. Submit Your Request
Complete the order form and upload any required team information, logos, and roster details.
2. Quote & Design Review (Within 48 Hours)
You will receive a response within 48 hours to discuss your project, confirm pricing, align on project timenline, and review design requirements.
3. Design Approval (Typically Within 1 Week)
A design concept and mock-up will be provided for review. Any revisions will be completed before final approval.
4. Payment & Helmet Collection
Once the design is approved, payment is collected and helmets are received by On Deck Designs.
5. Painting & Production (Approximately 1 Week)
Helmets are prepped, painted, clear-coated, and inspected. Production time is typically about one week after helmets and payment are received.
6. Delivery / Return to Customer
Completed helmets are returned to the customer through the agreed delivery or pickup method.
Project Scheduling & Lead Time
Please provide your desired completion date when submitting your order request. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and scheduled according to our current production queue.
We will do our best to accommodate requested deadlines and will communicate any scheduling concerns before work begins. Because each helmet is custom painted by hand, project turnaround times are typically about one week but may vary based on order volume, design complexity, material availability, and seasonal demand.
On Deck Designs is a small custom operation, and production is scheduled around existing family and professional commitments. While we strive to complete every project as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific completion dates until your order has been reviewed and accepted.
If you have a tournament, opening day, photo day, or other important event, please include that information in your request so we can work together to find a scheduling solution that best meets your needs.
